1. Ordering & Customization

How do I know which header style is right for my space?

Each header style creates a different aesthetic. For a traditional, high-end look, we recommend our Triple French Pleat. For a modern, minimalist vibe, the S-Fold (Ripple Fold) or Grommet styles are ideal. Visit our Style Guide for a visual comparison.

Can I order curtains in sizes not listed in the calculator?

Absolutely. As a bespoke design studio, we can accommodate extra-wide or extra-long windows (up to 300"). Please contact our design team at studio@luminaluna.com for a personal quote.

Does the width I enter refer to the window or the curtain?

Our calculator is designed for precision. You should enter the width of your rod or track. We will automatically calculate the necessary fabric "fullness" to ensure your drapes have those beautiful, rich folds.

2. Fabrics & Swatches

Why should I order swatches first?

Because luxury is tactile. Digital screens can vary in color. We highly recommend ordering our Free Swatches to feel the weight of our Belgian linen or the sheen of our velvet in your own home's lighting before committing to a full order.

Are your fabrics eco-friendly?

Yes. We prioritize natural fibers. Our Organic Linen and Heritage Wool collections are sourced from sustainable mills that meet high environmental standards, ensuring a healthy atmosphere for your sanctuary.

3. Shipping & Lead Times

How long will it take to receive my custom drapes?

Quality tailoring takes time. Typically, production takes 7–10 business days, followed by 3–5 days for premium shipping. You can expect your bespoke order at your doorstep within 2 to 3 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we bring Luminaluna luxury to homes worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

4. Installation & Motorization

Are your curtains compatible with motorized tracks?

Yes. Our drapery is designed to work seamlessly with most professional motorized systems, including Somfy and other smart home tracks. We recommend our S-Fold or Pinch Pleat headers for the smoothest automated operation.

Do you provide installation services?

We provide detailed Installation Guides to make the process simple. While we don't offer in-house installation, our drapes are designed for easy setup on standard professional hardware.

5. Returns & Cancellations

What is your return policy for custom orders?

Because each piece is tailored to your exact measurements, we cannot accept returns for custom drapes unless there is a manufacturing defect. This is why we emphasize the importance of our Measurement Guide and Free Swatches.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

We allow a 24-hour window for any changes or cancellations after an order is placed, as our tailors begin the cutting process shortly after.
