Quality tailoring takes time. Typically, production takes 7–10 business days, followed by 5–8 days for premium shipping. You can expect your bespoke order at your doorstep within 3 to 4 weeks.
Because each piece is tailored to your exact measurements, we cannot accept returns for custom drapes unless there is a manufacturing defect. This is why we emphasize the importance of our Measurement Guide and $0 Fabric Swatches before ordering.
